Synopsis:
A failed entrepreneur coerces seven quirky individuals to become part of his world of lost dreams by taking positions at the worst job on earth.  A Hollywood movie star then unexpectedly visits the workplace.  Instead of motivating the group as requested by the owner, the star confronts the staff as to why they have given up on their dreams, settling for such a crappy job. Things get shaken up and sparks fly when the Hollywood star won't leave and the employees begin to revolt and take back their own lives.
